Paneed Pork Chops

  • Center cut pork chops
  • Italian season bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • Oil
    1. Pour oil into a frying pan about 1/4 of the way. Start heating oil at a medium heat.
      Get 2 different bowls, 1 bowl will be for the bread crumbs, the other bowl will be for the eggs wash(3 eggs mixed together).
      Pound out your pork chops a little bit to ensure tenderness.
      Check to see if your oil is heated and ready to cook by taking a pinch of bread crumbs and putting it in the oil, I the bread crumbs start to sizzle and fry then your grease is ready.
      Now take your pork chop and dip cover it in the eggs both sides then put the pork chop in the bread crumbs and coat it well with the bread crumbs, what you’ll do now is put the breaded pork chops in the hot oil and fry, flipping the pork chops about every 5 min until it’s nice and a dark golden brown. Internal temp should be at 160 degrees!
